Agencies / Third Parties

In order for agencies or other third parties to have access to the Healthcare Certificate Register, an agency must become a `participating agency` or a third party must become a `participating third party`.

A `participating agency` or `participating third party` is one that approves our training standards and supports that training in a way that be clearly seen by independent delegates:-

  • Must clearly state on our membership page that they accept our standard of training for various training courses
  • Must back-link from their website acknowledging that they accept our standard of training for various training courses
  • Openly supports Health and Safety Group Training courses to meet specific frameworks

Benefits for a Participating Recruitment Agency

  • FREE use of the Healthcare Training Register to confirm validity of training certificates
  • FREE use of the training course booking portal including support and preferential access to booking Restrictions
  • `Participating agencies’ or ‘participating third parties’ must keep all delegate information private and confidential and not share or transfer any delegate information to any other third party as per the legal requirements dictated by The Data Protection Act 1998
  • ‘Participating agencies’ or ‘participating third parties’ must only use the Healthcare Certificate Register for the purpose for which it is intended i.e. to seek validity for delegates certificates where individual delegates have expressed the intention to share such information with an invited agency or other third party

Independent Delegates

In order for independent delegates to have access to the Healthcare Certificate Register the delegate must have successfully completed one or more training courses with The Health and Safety Group

Benefits for Delegates

  • FREE and limitless use of the Healthcare Training Register to confirm validity of training certificates so long as one or more training certificates are still valid

Restrictions

  • Delegates must only use the Healthcare Certificate Register for the purpose for which it is intended i.e. to provide validity for delegates certificates where individual delegates have expressed the intention to share such information with an invited agency or other third party
  • The certificate will only be valid for the duration in which it has been allocated
  • The certificate must have been arranged and paid for by the delegate
  • The Healthcare Certificate Register will not be available to delegates who have completed training funded by their agency or third party where the certificate is owned exclusively by that agency or third party

The web site www.healthcare-register.co.uk is the property of The Health & Safety Group Ltd and the unauthorised copying of material is prohibited. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Health & Safety Group Ltd and its agents, employees, representatives, licensors, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, causes of action and judgements (including legal fees and expenses) arising from or relating to your use of these websites.

Intellectual Property

The copyright subsisting or which subsequently subsists in all documents, drawings, specifications, designs, programmes or any other material prepared whether readable by humans or by machines in respect of the goods or work shall belong to The Health & Safety Group Ltd absolutely and they shall not be reproduced or disclosed or used in its original or translated form by the Buyer without The Health & Safety Group Ltd written consent for any purpose other than that for which they were furnished. Notwithstanding any implied warranty or condition as to title or otherwise in relation to the goods supplied hereunder, The Health & Safety Group Ltd shall not be liable to indemnify the user in respect of any claim made or threatened against the user by a third party whether by legal proceedings or otherwise based on a right claimed under letters, patent, trade-mark, copyright (whether registered as a design or not) or breach of confidence.
